In order to have more space for the development of different activities among the neighbors of the Holy Spirit Espinardo, the Governing Board of the City of Murcia has recently given the green light to the project of adapting local services to citizens in Apple neighborhood N3 of the Holy Spirit with a budget of EUR 136,714.56 bid, 70% co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and 30% of municipal contribution.
The project is part of the Strategic Line 3 (Improving Urban Environment and Waste Reduction), Measure 5 (Construction and renovation of facilities for social use and improvement of existing ones), Urban Neighborhood Project of the Holy Spirit.
The project's strategy is to improve the quality of urban environment and improve the living conditions of citizens through sustainable urban regeneration.
This will address measures for the reorganization and improvement of existing roads and public spaces around the homes, a new distribution facilities and public buildings, landmarks, and a greater presence of green areas, recreational facilities and living .
It intends to open this urban space to the rest of the city making it an attractive, safe and healthy.
The objective of this project is to adapt the low condition and municipal social housing in the District for activities aimed at developing the neighborhood associations, to the office itself URBAN and other activities under the project itself
