The aim is to encourage the momentum of the core competencies related to Information Society among the residents of the Holy Spirit
The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has recently given the green light training program in information technology and communication, which is part of the Strategic Line 2 (Information Society), Measurement 3 (Development of public services Access to Information Technologies and Communication, ICT, between citizens and promoting the use of Internet for all citizens-ALA-) and 4 (Development of training and learning) URBAN Project Murcia.
The contract has the following objectives:
• Foster the development of core competencies related to Information Society among citizens of the District of Espinardo, increasing their opportunities to access and use the Internet and other ICT in all areas of your life.
· Provide courses and workshops on introduction to computer science, management of Internet and digital culture, tailored to different segments of the population, including the preparation and delivery of materials.
• Contribute to the location of content or any query that requires them.
· Encourage the use of e-learning platforms ensuring continuity to the actions and empower individuals.
• Support and promote the development of user credentials or certificates of Information Technology, especially the European Accreditation of Computer Management ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) and others from the Municipal Services promoted.
· Respond to requests and complaints from users, a personalized advice to them in the use of computer tools available to them in the classroom.
· Monitor the correct use of the ALA in access to computers, usage rules, schedules, shifts, etc..
• Use the software (Web application) reserve management and allocation of seats made available by the Municipal Information Service.
· Resolve incidents, breakdowns or malfunctions that may arise in the ALA, and, for those that can not be solved, making the diagnosis and reporting to municipal services or technical service manager of its decision.
The base budget is fixed bid in the amount of EUR 161,016.95 plus 18% VAT (28,983.05 euros), making a total of 190,000.00 euros, and its bid will be made by all of it to lots absence, for an initial period of two years extendable for two more.
The estimated contract value is EUR 322.033.90, with the possibility of extension and excluding VAT.
