Dozens of people joined the march in tandem (17/09/2011)

Dozens of people have joined this morning to march in tandem organized by the ONCE and the Municipality of Murcia, through the Local Agency for Energy and Climate Change (ALEM), because of the activities planned for the celebration of the European Mobility Week.

The council Adela Martinez-Cache and Alicia ONCE Barquero and managers have participated Murcia accompanying the 20 tandems in which blind people have moved juntoa his companions.

This route has also participated Clemente Miguel Angel Solano, runner-up tandem cycling.

All of them have departed from the Glorieta and has traveled Lieutenant Flomesta, Paseo de Garay, Avda La Fama, and Ronda de Levante roundabout.

The objective of this activity has been promoting bicycle use by people of all ages and conditions, and show that there are different ways to get around the city, more ecological, sustainable and inexpensive.
