"If applied to the price, which initially priced per square meter, the health agency should have paid more than 142,000 euros and we hope that the record has a report that justifies this price difference," said Castro.
The socialist council also hopes to find in the documentation of the reasons why the project has now notified that the excess land occupation when the work began almost three years ago.
