The Regional Association of Employers of the Pastry offers this year double rations in 2010
The Regional Association of Employers of the pastry (Arepa), in collaboration with the Department of Employment, Trade and Enterprise, becomes an additional year to publicize Murcia cake with free rations of the cast of this dessert.
On Sunday, at 21 hours, and in the activities organized in the gardens on the Day of Murcia, Arepa 8000 servings of cake delivered Murcia, which is double that in the last edition.
Its production will be used 541 kilos of sugar, 2,100 eggs, 60 liters of milk, 112 kilograms of flour, five kilos of cornstarch, 30 liters of clear, 100 kilos of butter and 300 liters of water.
In total, 112 will be distributed free cake plates 60x40 cm.
With this activity the City seeks to highlight the traditional dessert at the same time Murcia working with the association to promote the craft and gastronomy of the municipality.
