The spokesman for IU-Greens in Murcia, Esther Herguedas, expressed his surprise that the visit today by opposition to the Romea Theatre technician has not attended any council responsible for the renovation.
The visit was attended by the Councillor for Infrastructure, Ana Maria Martinez, director of the Romea, Lorenzo Píriz, while in two years ago involving a technical manager, Antonio Gonzalez, now former head of the Technical Architecture Project ( OTA).
Herguedas also indicated that the council wanted to make "background" to the opposition to make a first visit to the theater with the media, and three hours later, with local groups.
"This serves the interest of the government team to de-value information to criticism from the opposition, which has sought explanations for four years and are not given," she added.
Herguedas stressed that having simultaneously and not have suffered a breakdown, the work "could have been undertaken in a year," and that the delay of the last phase "is not justified."
He has also expressed doubts about the "real" cost of reform and 4.1 million euros related to the award of the work to companies, but there are two million pending, "we do not know their justification."
He noted that his group will apply again convene the Procurement Monitoring for details of development works, which "should have lasted a few months and have finally gone on for several years."
