The work of the Service and Relationship with Citizens is designed to assist and coordinate all citizen complaints received by the local police, are the measures that are and are somehow related to the police service.

His term begins from the moment they are aware of the lawsuit, complaint, suggestion or question, received via different media, such as: citizen letters, police reports, the OAC (mobile office) emails, mailboxes, police, internal communications of other municipal services, through telephone calls, fax and any other input support, giving proper treatment to find a solution quickly and efficiently as well as the citizen wants.
