Nearly five hundred people have received free training in the Resource Center during the first six months of the year
A total of 450 people have been trained in the Resource Center for Training and Employment Alquerías, during the first half of the year.
This Center, under the Department of Employment, Trade and Enterprise, led by José María Tortosa, courses are offered free, on business and self-employment, pre-service training, information technology and communication, and community service.
The Center also manages practices for students through agreements with companies.
During the first six months, have achieved 49 job placements (38 women and 11 men).
10 of these insertions have been in people over 45 (7 women and 3 men)
As a novelty, from the Municipal Center, has prepared a group of 14 people (12 women and 2 men) for entrance exams Intermediate.
The group had a mean age of 36 years.
This group of 14 people, 13 of them have passed these tests, and study the Intermediate in the 2011-2012 academic year.
During this period, 35 courses were given with a cargo of 1,180 total training hours (13 courses related to Trade and Enterprise, 12 New Technology, 6, Community Services and 4 in the area of ​​Career Guidance)
The number of students who have completed is 450, of which 79.33% are women and 57.56% of the students, aged 35 years.
The number of students represents an increase of 62.45% over the same period in 2010.
This increase was due in part to the growing awareness on the part of the job seekers need to improve their training, and secondly, the best advertising that counts the Center, which is none other than make the users themselves, making him known to family, friends or neighbors.
During the first half, 451 people have come first to the Centre (60.75% women and 39.25% men).
Among these new users, 18.85% were immigrants, more than 2 percentage points the second half of 2010.
The total number of different users has been 753 people:

During these months there have been more than 3,600 actions, including training, business consultancy (development of business plans, grant management, ...), work orientation (preparation and updating CV, employment resource guide, interviews, ...), job opportunities (job management, shipping selection processes, ..., etc.).
The preparation has been done in the evenings at the Resource Centre, providing a study hall, and the agendas of the various tests, as well as giving classes matters more complicated, and giving them tests that helped them take an adequate rate of preparation.
In late February from the Centre initiated the creation of a catalog business in the municipality of Murcia.
The objective of this initiative is to create a meeting place where both people and businesses with information on products and services in the municipality.
In addition, the Center offers its facilities Resources to companies that are part of the Catalogue for the training of their workers.
It also offers free training plans tailored to advertise their business on the web created for this purpose (http://www.cralquerias.es/catalogo2), the possibility of signing agreements with the city of Murcia to accommodate trainees trained Resource Center.
During the first months since its inception more than 35 companies have registered in the Catalogue, and the goal is to exceed 150 before the end of this year.
