About 15,000 youth have participated during the months January to June in Networks program for the Recreation, the Department of Youth, directed by Miguel Cascales.
In the first six months of the year have been active for 17 weekends, with a total of 915 sessions and 74 different activities.
880 youth have participated in workshops and events offered each weekend.
60% of participants was 40% boys and girls.
The greater male involvement should be the championship futsal night held for six weekends, Friday and Saturday at 22.00 hours to 1.00 hours.
Have also taken initiatives to promote participation and integration of youth of different ages and cultures.
Networks is preparing an extensive program for the months of September to December.
To select the activities taking into account the preferences of young Murcia, as well as the most successful workshops of participants and the interest it continue.
Among the most popular activities include:
-Painting, design and composition, performed in Youth Space 585m2.
Traditional-Murcia, held at Our Lady Huertano Peña de la Cruz, to the upright.
Audiovisual speech-Workshop, held at the IES El Carmen.
-Jugger, which is a mixture of rugby, hockey and buzkashi, with over 140 young people every Saturday morning at the sports center Joseph Barnes.
-Indoor football championship, which has had over 200 participants over 6 weekends in the sports courts of Joseph Barnes.
-Robotics Workshop, held at the IES Floridablanca.
Workshop-gadgets and various experiments, in which students produced artifacts such as a pressure water rocket with parachute rides and different solar physics experiments, mathematical magic, attended the workshop more than 20 young people per session.
There have also 18 outdoor activities with a total occupation of their seats, having to bend their high demand for various activities such as paragliding, paintball, karting and excursion to Terra Mitica.
All workshops and events have been conducted in a comprehensive schedule, Thursday through Sunday, to facilitate the participation of young people.
The activities have taken place in the city's youth spaces Nave (Bacons Bridge) and 585 m2 (Santa Maria de Gracia), in 6 of the municipality IES and sports facilities such as sports Joseph Barnes.
