Provide students with skills to intervene so widespread diseases such as depression, anxiety or stress are some of the course objectives of the Sea International University-Campus Mare Nostrum "Psychological Approach the most common disorders in mental health", which be held in Cartagena from 27 to 29 July, within the schedule of summer courses offered by the University of Murcia.
The activity provides a review of some more common disorders, deepening its importance in the mental health and quality of life.
The responsible course try to get students to acquire a general knowledge of the current situation demands the most widespread phobias and mental health among the population.
The course is taught by professors from the Universities of Murcia, La Laguna and Granada, and the keynote will be provided by Wenceslao Peñate Castro, Professor of Psychology at the University of La Laguna.
Its directors are Gualberto Buela-Casal and Wenceslao Peñate Castro, professor of psychology at the Universities of Granada and La Laguna respectively.
The activity lasts for 20 hours, and those who enroll are eligible for two free credits.
