The Inter-University Council of the Region of Murcia has this morning approved the Master's Degree in Engineering in Civil and Ports and Official Master's Degree in Management and Emergency Coordination System, which may give San Antonio Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM).
Notably, the UCAM been reported during the event, to be submitted on a voluntary follow-up of the Master in Civil Engineering through the program 'Monitor' for the next academic year 2011/12, in order to track them at As it did last term UCAM with 6 other titles.
In addition, the Catholic University of Murcia presented in the coming days to the Ministry of Universities, Research Enterprise and educational planning of the Master and his painting teacher.
The UCAM and won last May, the favorable evaluation by the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA) to provide these official Master's Degree in Engineering in Civil and Ports, and Master's Degree in Management and Coordination of Emergency Systems.
New Faculties
In addition, the University Council has given its approval to the creation of two new faculties in the UCAM.
Thus, from the Faculty of Health, Physical Activity and Sport, is the Faculty of Physical Activity and Sport, hosted by the Grade CAFD, and the Faculty of Health to host the Degrees in Physical Therapy, Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Food Technology and Psychology.
It should be noted that the Catholic University of Murcia has voluntarily submitted since 2001 for quality plans promoted by the Ministry of Education and the ANECA.
The UCAM was one of the first universities in Spain who underwent these quality monitoring.
