The Governing Council of Radio Taxi Murcia SICTED joins the project developed by the Department of Tourism to implement a manual of good practices in the sector

Taxi drivers Taxi Radio Association are committed to Murcia SICTED Quality Project, developed by the Department of Tourism, to implement a manual of good practices in this sector.

Adherence to SICTED Regents of Radio Taxi demonstrates its commitment to improve day to day work of the taxi and will ensure the needs and expectations of Murcia and visitors by providing a quality service.

The manual of good practice is the document that sets quality requirements to be applied in a business or tourist service SICTED adhered to.

Compliance with them is one of the requirements for obtaining distinctive Tourist Quality Commitment, issued by the Ministry of Tourism and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, after passing all stages of evaluation and implementation of best practices.

This project is developed by the Quality Department of the Department of Tourism, headed by Miguel Cascales, at all times guide to establishments that want to obtain its distinctive quality in the process.

With the implementation of good practices of the taxi, the customer will know the standards we expect at the service: proper maintenance of the vehicle, safety, compliance with regulations governing the taxi service, customer relations, etc. .

In January 2011 Radio Taxi Murcia won the Tourist Quality Commitment, which recognizes that the cooperative has implemented a quality system focused on improving service and customer satisfaction.

In addition, several drivers have already won this distinction.

Now comes the turn of the Governing Board of the association.

SICTED The program's goal, which is free, is that Murcia enhance its image as a quality destination and the facilities and services, while not strictly tourist, aware that they are an important part of the tours taking place in the city.
