Carlos Javier Fernandez Garcia defend tomorrow, Tuesday July 12, at the University of Murcia the doctoral thesis "Democratic governance and international cooperation: UNDP and political reforms in Honduras, 2001-2005."

The thesis has been conducted by Professor Ramón Romero, National Autonomous University of Honduras, and Juan José García Escribano, University of Murcia, and the court will assess what chaired by former Minister Gustavo Suarez Pertierra.

The reading will take place in the Hall of Degrees in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Campus de Espinardo, from 11:00.
