The agreement, which has been signing since 1996, will take place in the period 2011-2012
The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has given the green light this morning to the collaboration with the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration Services to carry out actions related to primary care services in the period 2011-2012
That agreement, which has been signed since 1996, has the following objectives:
- Information and Guidance: A set of measures to facilitate the citizen and the general community knowledge and access to social resources, as well as enhancement of personal resources, through a relationship of professional help in order to guarantee their rights .
- Support Unit conviviality and Home Care: The set of actions to provide a range of care or personal care, psychosocial and educational, domestic and technical, to families and people with difficulty obtaining their physical, social and psychological providing them the opportunity to continue in their usual environment.
- Prevention and Social Inclusion: The set of actions aimed at individuals and groups in situation of exclusion or risk of social exclusion, in order to prevent such exclusion and, where appropriate, establish processes for social inclusion of people.
- Alternative Accommodation: a set of actions aimed at providing alternative forms of family life in cases where this is not viable in the absence or because the family unit still exists, a situation of psychological distress, emotional and / or socioeconomic preventing the development and welfare of people.
- Promotion of Social Solidarity and Social Cooperation: The set of actions aimed to encourage processes of social participation and cooperation of individuals and groups in a community, to provide a more effective and supportive in the prevention of social needs and their attention once they manifest.
These centers are universal and versatile in the field closest to the people, constituting the basic structure of the Public Network Services.
