"Course I care more: habits for healthy aging" is the title of an activity of the Sea International University-Campus Mare Nostrum to be held in the town of Molina de Segura between days 4 to 7 July.
The course aims to disseminate from a multidisciplinary perspective the most important characteristics of aging, especially those related to the care and implementation of healthy habits and prevention of its complications to get a healthy and active aging.
The activity is directed by Vicente Vicente Ortega, professor and Director of the Institute for Research in Aging at the University of Murcia.
Food, physical activity, psychological aspects of aging and positive attitude to life will be among the topics to be addressed.
