From now on, Mercamurcia provide the necessary information to the Centre in terms of price and trading volume in relation to the products managed in their facilities.
Prices Observatory is an instrument for knowledge, analysis, development, evaluation and assessment of prices to determine their impact on the regional economy.
The significance of the agreement signed today relates to the consideration of the group "food and soft drinks" as the most inflation since 2000.
