The IU-Greens Councillor Esther Herguedas Murcia said today that the dismissal of four operators in the room 092 of the Local Police is "another example" of the employment policy carried out by the PP in the municipality.
To Herguedas, the root of the problem lies in the "low" interest of the consistory work conditions of workers in companies that perform this service and outsourcing it.
In this sense, has said that outsourcing "is lost in quality and effectiveness because it caters to your employee, not being police is unable to resolve through the phone line before many other simple problems addressed" .
It also stated that once outsourced the service, "the council is responsible for developing a specification tailored to the contractor, which does not ensure that the service is covered with sufficient staff or employees guarantees for labor rights.
Finally, added that "this is the way for the PP to create jobs, cut jobs, deteriorating working conditions and increasingly precarious lives of workers who depend of the consistory."
