Pathology Professor Vicente Vicente Ortega will lead the Research Institute on Aging (IUIE), University of Murcia, following the recent elections in the middle.

Rounding out the management team secretary Maria Angeles Abad Mateo and Miguel Alcaraz Baños assistant, Ignacio González Martínez-Moro, Juan Benito Martinez, Miroljub Popovic, María Trinidad Sánchez Herrero and Pedro Vera.

The main objective of the Institute is the study of aging to improve the quality of life of older people.
