The IU-Greens candidate for mayor of Murcia, Esther Herguedas, said today that the reopening of the case the archaeological site of San Esteban "once again gives reason" citizen movement "without swift action which if consummated, the plundering "of the remains found in the area.
Herguedas also indicated that the reopening "confirms the allegations made by IU-Greens on the lack of rigor of the technical report, which justified the cut and construction of the parking permit."
In this regard, he recalled that "at the time this report provoked strong criticism from Ujaldón" who, he added Herguedas, refused to make her a visit that had previously committed to the site.
It has also demonstrated its confidence that justice "resolve all issues pending and expects the administration of a solution that allows citizens to benefit from cultural contribution of a very important site."
