National Police agents assigned to the Provincial Criminal Investigation Brigade of Murcia have carried out a major drug operation that has allowed dismantling a criminal organization dedicated to narcotics trafficking in the Region of Murcia.
Several months of investigation into some members of the organization, allowed the officers from the Provincial Judicial Police of the movement of those investigated, methods and channels of supply and distribution of drugs.
Once all the information necessary for operational effectiveness, and knowing of the imminent distribution of a consignment of cocaine, the 28th of April, set a device designed to intercept the drugs and arrest those involved in such activity.
Thus, in the afternoon that day succeeded in intercepting a vehicle that moved half a kilogram of cocaine and proceeded to arrest eight people involved in the distribution of the substance and sellers, intermediaries and buyers of the drug.
Subsequently, based on information obtained during the investigation proceed to set two records in homes used by prisoners in the city of Murcia and in the village of Llano de Brujas, where he proceeded to the arrest of three people related to the facts and the seizure of cash and drugs.
The total number of detainees, so it is eleven, nine of them Colombian and two Spanish.
The details of the seized property is as follows:

of marijuana.
Six vehicles belonging to the organization.
The researchers believe that this operation has managed to dismantle a drug gang active in our region.
The detainees were brought before the Magistrate's Court in Murcia Guard functions.
