The Chapter House of the Jeronimos Monastery, seat of the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM), will host next Friday May 6 at 12:00 pm, the presentation of the official poster announcing the Festival de Cante XXXII Flamenco de Lo Ferro, by the artist Cartagena, María José Contador.
In the presentation, as well as the author, the Mayor of Torre Pacheco, Daniel García Madrid, the president of the Peña Flamenca Melon de Oro, which promotes competition, Mariano Escudero, the coordinator of the Festival, Mariano Aparicio and the Vice Chancellor for Extension University of the UCAM, Antonio Alcaraz.
Those responsible for the Festival will also provide a preview of the festival's program, which in the 2011 edition will include two separate tributes to the figures of the actor Paco Rabal and Flemish women, which will include performances by renowned singers awarded the Golden Melon, as Gema Jiménez, María José Pérez, Nieves Diaz, and Rocío Luna.
Worth noting is that the cry of the Festival will on this occasion by the Director of the Bienal de Sevilla, Domingo González Lavado.
