210 young Murcia, between 13 and 25, will have the opportunity to experience a different summer playing in one of the thirty youth exchanges abroad organized by the Department of Education and Youth.
This year there will be 30 exchanges in Poland, Belgium, France, Slovakia, Germany, Finland, Romania, Estonia, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Italy and Portugal, with themes such as folklore, Europe, Summer Rock, circus, an adventure in nature, exploring forests of Finland, 27 th International Week of Music, sports, manga, consumption and savings, art, archeology.
This is theme stays in different countries, sharing activities and youth living with other cities.
This program is not sharing with young families if not youth meetings participating in projects promoted by the city of Murcia and other municipalities or entities.
All exchanges are done between June and August, with a duration of between five and twenty days.
The trading price between 290 and 385 euros, including transportation, accommodation, meals, insurance activities and participants.

The aim of the youth exchange program is to foster knowledge of EU countries through the relationship between young people, encourage the practice of languages, possibility to exchange ideas on topics of interest to youth.
Likewise, young people from other countries improve their knowledge of Spain and Murcia, and practice Spanish.
Open to all young people born between January 1, 1986 and December 31, 1998, registered in the municipality of Murcia before April 1, 2011.
The deadline for registration is April 27 to May 10, Monday-Friday, 10-14 hours, Monday and Wednesday from 17.30 to 19.30.

The selection of participants will perform a selection committee, chaired by the Councillor for Education and Youth, to examine the curriculum vitae of the candidates by assigning a score.
Priority is given to those young people who participate in the Club of Languages ​​Department of Youth, who have participated in exchanges reception (held in Murcia), youth who have not participated in exchanges, participation in youth associations and language skills (teaching in accredited official titles).
It will promote balanced representation of young men and women and will preferably older.
