The International Festival of Youth Orchestras of Murcia, FIOJ reaches its thirtieth edition with the organization of 25 concerts and recitals performed by 13 orchestras and ensembles invited.
During the week of 11 to 16 April, the festival will gather in the Region of Murcia more than 700 young musicians from Norway, Sweden, Czech Republic, Sevilla, Valencia, Alicante, Murcia, Lorca and Cartagena.
The International Festival of Youth Orchestras of Murcia, FIOJ, offering a total of 25 concerts and recitals, for six days leading classical music to various parts of the Region of Murcia.

Buhlal José Antonio Clemente, director of the Festival, presented the main lines of the same, and welcomed because Roque Baños, one of the leading figures of music in our country, is the director of this year's International Orchestra, which meets every years some of the best members of the participating orchestras.
Among the 13 orchestras and groups invited to FIOJ highlights the woodwind quintet of the prestigious Xylos Andalusian Public Foundation Barenboim-Said, who will give the opening concert of the festival on Monday 11 April, the visiting international orchestras Novomestsky Orchestra, the Czech Republic, and the Artic Strings Orchestra in Norway and Sweden and the participation, among other orchestras from regional and national territory, the Youth Orchestra of the Region of Murcia.
Clement also said the hearings on the street, which is one of the attractions of the festival.

In this edition of the International Orchestra will be conducted by the composer and director Roque Baños and close the festival on Saturday April 16 at 20 pm in the Auditorium and Congress Center Victor Villegas in Murcia with a concert program with works by composer Murcia .
