Nine electric vehicles will save each year to the Consistory to 16,200 liters of fuel and 43,250 kilos reduce CO2 (24/03/2011)

Another 6 hybrid drive sustainability with annual savings of more than 8,520 liters of gasoline.

The City of Murcia, with the aim of promoting sustainability and protecting the environment, has acquired nine electric vehicles that will save a total of 4,800 kilograms of CO2 per car per year.

In addition, its operation will be a fuel savings of 1,800 liters of diesel per vehicle per year.

A total of 16,200 liters of diesel will save the nine vehicles, which means a saving of 20,250 euros per year.

Regarding the 6 hybrid vehicles, the projected savings amount to a total of 3,360 kg of CO2 per year per vehicle.

In total, save 20,160 kg of CO2 per year.

Similarly, fuel economy is estimated at a total of 8,520 liters of gasoline.
