The Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, this morning visited the works of the future Centre Municipal Initiatives, which will promote the ideas, proposals and work of young businessmen and entrepreneurs in the municipality.
The new building will provide information services, support and advice, and establish lines of cooperation with universities and institutions like CROEM, trade unions, Chamber of Commerce, AJE, and Amusal Ucomur, among others.
The ceremony was also attended by the Councillor for Employment, Beatriz Hontoria.
Initiatives Municipal Center is on the road Churra, in the ancient craft Mivisa, and are finalizing the work.
This is a new building that will have three floors and will have space for about thirty entrepreneurs develop their project.
The plot is 2,300 square meters and building a floor area of ​​1,400 square meters.
The municipal area will have a space called "Incubator", with capacity for 8 entrepreneurs prepare their idea supported by the Department to develop.
In addition, there will be 25 law firms in size from 10 to 20 square meters to other entrepreneurs starting their business.
All offices are equipped with modern communication technologies.
The City will dispose freely of these firms and entrepreneurs will have to take care of furnishing and service costs.
Entrepreneurs will have a maximum of 2 to 3 years to consolidate its business and leave the Municipal Center.
The Mayor explained that the objective is to facilitate start-ups and entrepreneurs to offer a space to develop their project.
It has also indicated that it is a step in the commitment of the City Council to create jobs, encourage entrepreneurship and support entrepreneurs.
The center will have two multipurpose rooms, one on each floor, two meeting rooms, one on each floor, dining-bar, room to store-file and have parking.
The budget of this project is around one million euros and is financed by the State Fund for Employment and Sustainability.
