The Governing Board approved a grant of more than 109,000 euros to various music and dance groups
Murcia City Council maintains its support for festivals and traditions of the municipality.
The Governing Board has given approval this morning to the granting of various subsidies, which in total amounted to 109,140 euros, to help other festive and cultural groups.
This amount is allocated among the Group of Songs and Dances of Murcia, Vest and Trova Association, Murcia Dance Company, the Choir Fernández Caballero, Discantus Choir, the Spanish Ballet of Murcia, Parrandboleros Cultural Association, the Association's Son Pier and the Cultural Association Surefolk.
Moreover, the Governing Board also approved a cooperation agreement with the Symphony Orchestra of Murcia by which the City will work with the activities of this group.
