Chamber participates in the inauguration of the V International Congress on Human Rights (22/03/2011)

The Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Ángel Cámara, has participated this morning at the opening of the V International Congress on Human Rights held at the University of Murcia.

In his speech, House recalls the celebration of World Water Day, a resource that is a fundamental right for all, like life.
