The City reserves 40 seats for special attention in the seven primary schools.

The collaboration between City Hall and Community has been taking place since the 2002-2003 school year

As has been done since the 2002-2003 school year, the City of Murcia will again sign a cooperation agreement with the Autonomous Community of the Region, through the Ministry of Education, Science and Research, for the education of children with special educational needs in infant schools in the municipality of Murcia.

It should be noted that the City of Murcia book every year a certain number of seats in the seven school children of municipal ownership.

Admission will be by the Valuation Commission for Education of Students with Special Needs in Early Childhood Education Centers and depend on the adequacy of existing resources in the schools (staff, space, etc..) The assessment of applications, once provided the requested documentation will be held in the Commission assessment for the Education of Students with Special Needs in Early Childhood Education Centers, to apply for admission to the scale specified by the Ordinance which regulates the admission of Children child education under the Ministry of Education and Culture for the year 20010-2011.

The Agency to come by the specialized support of the child proposed, will be responsible for specific treatment and monitoring.
