The Department of Housing, Transport and Trade sets up a booth at Santo Domingo on the occasion of World Consumer Rights
Dozens of people have come this morning to the booth set up by the Department of Housing, Transport and Trade and the Federation Thaderconsumo in the Plaza de Santo Domingo on the occasion of World Consumer Day, which has provided detailed information on the rights of consumers.
Municipal technical staff Thaderconsumo Federation have distributed brochures and information leaflets on the most topical issues of interest to consumers.
The Municipal Office of Consumer Information received 4,512 complaints last year, a figure that implies an increase over 2009, the year in which there were 4,061.
