The Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, inaugurated this morning the workshop on Construction and Demolition Waste, which has brought together various experts to discuss the present and the future treatment and management of these waste materials and their impact on the environment.
The ceremony was also attended by the Councillor for the Environment, Adela Martinez-Cache, the President of employers Murcia, Miguel del Toro, and the Director General of Planning, Evaluation and Environmental Control, Francisco José Espejo.
The Workshop is aimed at entrepreneurs and professionals in the construction and rehabilitation, waste management, environmental technicians and individuals.
The event is organized by the Municipality of Murcia Regional Confederation of Organizations of Murcia (CROEM), in collaboration with Frecom, Official College of Architects of Murcia, Association of Surveyors, Architects and Engineers Technical Building in the Region of Murcia and Ministry of Agriculture and Water.
The objective of this seminar is to know the regulatory framework of waste in our region and in particular, in the Municipality of Murcia, identify the role that different actors in a play in the management, training on the contents that should be included in the technical building projects and know the treatment of the CDW in the municipality of Murcia.
