These introductory courses are held on 11 and 12 March, the Local Development Agency of the City of Murcia (C / María Zambrano s / n).
The schedule is Friday from 17.00 to 20.30, and Saturday from 9.00 to 12.30.

In addition, participants will learn to cut the ham into the practical phase of the course and receive a dossier with the theory, a ham Book The Well of 8 kg that is sliced and vacuum packed so they can eat at home, a jamonera a carving knife, a sharpener, an apron, lunch and certificate of attendance.
