"R + D + i is essential for generating knowledge," said today in San Antonio Catholic University, Professor of Science of Physical Activity and Sport of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and Head of Research Projects Sport, the National Plan I + D + i 2008-2011, Ministry of Science and Innovation, Amelia Ferro, the teacher pronounced the conference `Aspects of the application of R + D + i ', sponsored by the Department for Research and the Science Degree in Physical Education and Sport (CAFD) of the UCAM
Amelia Ferro pointed out during his speech the importance of developing initiatives that foster an informative research efforts at all levels, and the need to promote a particular way ye drive research projects in the Faculties of Science of Physical Activity and Sport through the National R + D + i.
Ferro explained that this tool, developed by the Ministry of Science and Innovation, has as main objectives, to the Research, Development and Innovation in the service of citizens, promote social welfare, promote sustainable development, improving competitiveness of the business and effectively promote the generation of knowledge.
"We need to put Spain at the forefront of knowledge and strengthening the international dimension of science and technology system," he assured.
