Top designers show their collections in this event with fashion, to be held in April

Murcia City Council promotes the activities of Murcia XXI Foundation, Design and Fashion, the Department of Tourism, Maria Isabel Valcárcel directing.

The Foundation is responsible for promoting activities to raise awareness of promising young fashion design scene.

Among its main activities is the Fashion Show Open in previous years has had designers such Morante, Cruz Castillo, Diana Golden, Greorgy Baratashvili, LeFreakOlé, Ricardo Andrez, Roberto Diz, Anja, Jean-Paul Lespagnard, Cristiana Lapi, Sadak and Mariem Cañizares, among many others.

In addition, celebrates National Design Award not boring, that each year is dedicated to the design of a garment or accessories like shoes, jewelry, shirts, fans, hats and sunglasses.

The awards jury has been told with designers such as Juan José Castro and Duyos.

The Governing Board has approved a grant of 151,847 euros to this initiative.

The Open Gateway, which this year celebrates ten years, will be held in April.
