The Aldermen and Fatima Maria Isabel Valcárcel distinctions have collected Barnuevo
The Aldermen of Tourism, Maria Isabel Valcarcel, and Culture, Fátima Barnuevo have received this morning the Tourist Quality Commitment diplomas certifying good practice in the municipal centers Visitors Center of Light, Wall of Santa Eulalia, San Antonio Poor Molinos del Rio Area Stables, Museum of Science and Water and Murcia Convention Bureau.
These centers have undergone a process to achieve a uniform level of quality to ensure best practices to its customers and visitors.
The Department of Tourism and Congress of the City of Murcia, María Isabel Valcárcel directing, developing this project through the Murcia Tourist Consortium Crossroads.
The City remains committed to quality facilities and services that make tourism in Murcia, with the introduction of SICTED, System of Quality Tourism in Destinations, a project to improve the quality of tourist destinations promoted by the Institute of Tourism of Spain (TURESPAÑA) and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), which works with businesses and tourist services to 29 different offices, with the aim of improving the tourist experience and satisfaction.
The Director General of Tourism, Marina Garcia has delivered this morning, and certificates to companies, businesses and institutions that have achieved the Tourist Quality Commitment.
Among them were 106 businesses in the municipality of Murcia, shops, taxis, language centers, museums, businesses, tourist guides, hotels, PCOs and restaurants, among others, and community centers.
