This morning we were presented the main axes of the electoral program of Union Progreso y Democracia.
The candidate, Rubén Juan Serna, has insisted that "one of the reasons why the economic crisis is so virulent in Spain is that the institutional fabric in recent years has resulted in inefficient management structure, lack of solidarity, which hampers our ability recovery and future development. "
In the press conference at the headquarters, the candidate has listed a series of electoral promises of PP in 2007 which today have been breached.
He has also had words for the districts, which offer great service gaps.
In relation to possible post-electoral pacts, Serna said: "As we have indicated at times, not agreed with anyone, we will support in endowments, unless the parties involved sign a written commitment to return to the State Education and skills Health, and also reform the electoral law. "
Serna has defined 12 key points that those within the program with which you will choose to achieve representation at City Hall starting next May 22.
Highlights for the candidate are:
Promoting the bike path connecting neighborhoods and districts, to increase pedestrian areas and improve public transport by creating a point intermodal station El Carmen, extending schedules and frequencies in main lines. Modification of the present approach the tram for a more effective and that this develop as citizens' needs, leading to the main towns of the metropolitan area of Murcia.
