The old stadium will become a great recreational space, leisure and outdoor sports for the whole family
Murcia City Council has gone a step further to transform the stadium of La Condomina in a large recreational space, leisure and outdoor sports that the whole family can enjoy.
The Hall has won the completion of feasibility study for the demolition of Municipal Stadium, construction of sports facilities and their subsequent management.
The report produced will indicate which plants are best suited to space-available -20,000 meters square, the area and population.
The Councillor for Sports, Miguel Cascales, explained that aims to create a large play area, sports, multidisciplinary, large green areas and recreational spaces.
The feasibility study will consider the purpose of the project and its main features, there will be a forecast of demand for use and economic and social impact of the work in its catchment area, assess the existing urban data and reports, further investigations environmental impact and taking into account the measures for environmental protection, will analyze the feasibility of the project, rearranged the plot and the existing space, and consider other sources of income outside the delivery of sports services.
The company that will handle this project is G20 Publisport SL, and have a deadline for completion of one month from the date of execution of the contract.
