The Plenum of the City of Murcia has unanimously approved the revision of all files that are part of the Catalogue of Buildings Protected elements of the municipality of Murcia.
The aim is to state the status of each property and open records in the event that the proceedings on the buildings have not been implemented according to established procedures.
Furthermore, it has agreed to take the appropriate countermeasures in cases where the negligence of those responsible for the protection of property would have caused an irreversible physical impairment or loss on them, and make a new edition of the catalog records that allows knowledge, dissemination and access via digital media.
The Catalogue of Buildings and includes 303 buildings protected elements.
The catalog includes three levels of protection, 1, comprehensive protection, 2, 3, structural protection and partial protection.
