The Faculty of Biology, University of Murcia has organized a series of open days to be launched today and will continue until 24 February.
During these sessions, in which the university said it opens to the public to make themselves known, visitors can visit the Museum of Natural History "José Loustau" and the collection of minerals, along with exhibitions organized mark the Week of Biology, which opened yesterday.
Within that week, the day today includes a conference on seed germination and viability, by Professor Ana María Ortuño, and another on the DNA, which will be taught by Maria del Carmen Polanco de la Puente and Eusebio Navarro.
Also today, Professor Jorge Galindo will lecture on the zebrafish as a model in research.
