The series "Historical Aspects of Mathematics" a talk program on "The rule of Barrow", by Jesús Soto Espinosa, the Group of History of Mathematics.
The conference will be held on Thursday, February 17 at 12 pm in the auditorium of the Faculty of Mathematics.
Isaac Barrow, professor of Newton, was a seventeenth-century English mathematician and one of the characters in his time that led to the advancement of mathematics.
The activity is organized by the Faculty of Mathematics and the History of Mathematics Group, in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology Vice President for University Extension, University of Murcia.
