Responsible for 21 schools in Poland, Slovakia, Italy and Belgium participate in a meeting held in Murcia until Sunday
The Councillor for Education and Youth, María Dolores Sánchez, participants received a Comenius European project, led by CEIP La Arboleda de Murcia, involving 21 schools in charge of Poland, Slovakia, Italy and Belgium, and all the school's Faculty of Murcia.
Comenius aims to strengthen the European dimension in the field of early childhood education, primary and secondary schools, promoting mobility and cooperation between schools, to launch new initiatives that benefit all children and youth.
Specifically, the CEIP La Arboleda de Murcia involved in the project 'European tour itineraries ABC', which aims to spread the tourist attractions of the regions in which participating schools are located.
Sanchez said that it was "appropriate and successful initiative that will allow students and faculty know first hand other countries and are interested in visiting them."
This is the second project involving the CEIP 'The Grove'.
On this occasion, ten students from different countries visit Murcia and lodged in the home of Murcia school students to promote coexistence and knowledge of languages.
Foreign teachers came to Murcia on Tuesday and return on Sunday.
In addition, meetings and sharing of work, have known the CEIP 'The Grove' and attended an exhibition on the Spanish system of education.
Also conducted tours of Murcia, Cartagena and Cabo Palos.
