The penalties for carrying out graffiti can be exchanged for eight hours of cleaning work
Agreement in the amendment of the Ordinance which will include street cleaning commutation of the penalties for making graffiti by cleaning them.
The Security council and Circulation, Nuria Fuentes, has been reconvened this morning with representatives of Confapa, Federation of Neighborhood Associations, Local Youth Council, trade associations Triangle, Barrio del Carmen, and Central District, Local Police and Partnership of graffiti Street Museum to close this modification in connection with the sanctions that draw graffiti on walls and furniture.
The change will be virtually the same as that presented itself next week, as it only included the specification of the work done.
Thus, provided it is not possible to clean graffiti on walls or furniture, will complete the following work:

- Cleaning stickers on lampposts.

According to the councilman, Nuria Fuentes, "next week will finish drafting the amendment to the Ordinance Road, pass by the Governing Board and approved at the March plenary."
The new street cleaning ordinance include the following:

Similarly, the alternative measure will be compatible with daily activities of the offender and never will make it impossible for assistance to the school.
- The penalty of a fine of 150 euros will be switchable for eight hours of work on behalf of the community.
In the event that is under 16 years, the workday may not exceed four hours, while if it is older than this limit is eight hours of work.
- The type of work to be done is cleaning the graffiti itself, but in the event that, by their features or products to use, it is not possible, the offender will have to perform other tasks of cleaning the street.
