The University of Murcia Perez inaugurated the exhibition at the Rector Casanova (10/02/2011)

The rector of the University of Murcia, José Antonio Cobacho, inaugurated the painting exhibition of artist Pedro Diego Pérez Casanova, shows that remain in the lobby of the building of convalescence, home of the Chancellor, until 11 March.

This show is part of the project of Vice President for University Extension adapting infrastructure of the University and turn them into exhibition spaces, without altering the development of the activities for which they were conceived.

From the Vice President is noted that the intention is to "transform spaces of different universities in exhibition spaces, and thus bring art to the viewer, the student, the visitor, the guest lecturer ... and not vice versa, as traditionally occurs. "

José Antonio Cobacho welcomed the start of this initiative for the dissemination of culture and art, a building that has become bureaucratic as the Rector in a new plastic display space.
