Arrested on charge of the establishment of crimes related to prostitution and against the rights of workers. (07/02/2011)

Six of the women who worked there were detained for violation of the Aliens Act.

Agents of the Police Headquarters of Murcia belonging to the Provincial Brigade Aliens and Borders, in collaboration with the Labour Inspectorate of Murcia, have carried out a control in a hostess club situated in the hamlet Murcia Bath & Beggar which has resulted in the identification of six foreign citizens illegally staying and stopping the primary responsibility for the establishment and perpetrators of crime related to prostitution and against the right of workers.

Research on this club started a few weeks ago, after an express request of the Court of Instruction Number Six of Murcia to investigate the possible commission of crimes in that establishment.

Once collected the necessary information, last January 14 was carried out a search of the premises, where it was found that worked as a prostitute and that there were working fifteen women, six of which were irregular in Spain.

After checking the front ends, we proceeded to arrest the leader and manager of the establishment, a man of 43, Spanish national, who is accused of committing crimes related to prostitution and against the right of workers.

Along with this, we proceeded to the arrest of six of the employees of the club for violation of the Aliens Act, which involves the initiation of removal proceedings for the country.

Log in operating intervened Prevention and Response Unit, and private security groups and dog handlers, all belonging to the Provincial Public Security Brigade of Murcia.
