The Veterinary Teaching Farm of the University of Murcia has received a flock of sheep Montesinos will be used for teaching and research and work experience for students in this discipline.
The herd consists of fifty specimens of this race, all of them registered in the Stud Book of the race, and have been donated by the National Sheep Breeders Montesina (ACRIMON).
