Murcia University will celebrate the Nobel Prize for Literature to Mario Vargas Llosa with an exhibition that traces the writer's relationship with the educational institution and who will open the rector, José Antonio Cobacho, tomorrow, day 26, at 11:30 am in the cloister of the Faculty of Law.
The show takes us through the process that led to the inauguration of Peruvian writer and Doctor Honoris Causa of this institution, made-in October 1995 - of which recently met fifteen years and assumed that the University of Murcia was the first Spanish by bestowing this title.
The exhibition, composed of newspaper clippings and photographs of María Manzanera, Angel Martinez and Luis Urbina, reproduces the subsequent visits of Vargas Llosa to the city of Murcia on the occasion of the novel prize and Caja Mediterráneo University instituted its name 1996.
Until February 11 will be seen this show, which has had in its organization with the collaboration of different departments of the Vice Chancellors of University Extension and Coordination and Communication.
