The PSOE will ask the local government to urge Health to implement an emergency department for primary care in the north (24/01/2011)

The PSOE mayor of Sebastian Peñaranda going to defend a motion in plenary on Thursday demanding that the PP in the Town Hall to request the Ministry of Health to restore service in emergency care in primary health centers in the municipality from 15.00 to 17.00 pm and implement an emergency department of primary care (PCES) to serve the citizens residing in the north.

In this sense, Peñaranda recalled that in January 2008, the municipal PP fully committed to manage the Health Service of Murcia replenishment of emergency service primary health centers.

And is that, denouncing the current socialist councilor emergency departments are overburdened with users and lack of health personnel, so that "the council must protect the interests of the Murcia regional government and require a remedy that problem and do not give more steps back into health services in the Region of Murcia. "
