San Antonio Catholic University has launched Tehcnologies San Antonio, a technology based company, focused on science and technology dissemination and transfer of knowledge in the field of agribusiness.
This informative body, coordinated by viccerrectora vidececana Research and Food Technology of the UCAM, Estrella Núñez, and Professor Javier Morán, contribute positively to the training of professionals and entrepreneurs in the food industry and enable the approach of students to the world of business.
As part of San Antonio Technologies, highlights the development of the conference market, economy and innovation in food, 2011, to be held from 24 January to 13 December.
Experts and executives from companies including Gallina Blanca, Heineken, Alicorp, AB-Biotics or Salvat Biotech, will address practical aspects of market, economy and innovation in the food industry in Spain and Latin America.
The lecture series will begin on January 24 with a talk by the Director of Shirota FUNCTIONAL FOOD, international company dedicated to research, technological development and innovation within the food industry, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, Xavier Gomez, who will entitled Science and Market.
On Tuesday 25 January, will address the President of Laboratorios Silanes, a leading Mexican pharmaceutical sector, Antonio Lopez de Silanes, who will speak on food supplements and pharmaceuticals.
