PSOE spokesman, Alfonso Navarro, expressed his concern again because at this point the local government has failed to submit the municipal budget for 2011debido to poor economic management that places the City in a very critical situation for the waste of the past years.
"It is clear that local PP is unable to balance the books for this year," said Navarro, who warns that this disability is affecting the lives of Murcia in respect of investments that the City intends to implement this year in the municipality.
