The Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Ángel Cámara, visited the construction of the new municipal cultural center of Guadalupe, which will provide the district of an auditorium and a music school to improve and expand social and cultural supply offered to the residents.
The auditorium is divided into two separate modules: one for the use of their own center and multipurpose room and the other for the School of Music.
The project was designed by architect Guillermo Jiménez Barn and Pina Gregorio Gea surveyor.
Mayor House has toured the facilities, which will have a large multipurpose room and five classrooms for the school soundproof.
Abroad also will build a secondary stage.
The audience will have a capacity of 300 seats and a removable stage.
The building is complemented by other units such as workshops, classrooms and offices.
The room and multipurpose auditorium will have a dimension of 564 meters, while the music school will have a total of 308.
The whole building covers a total area of 1,000 square meters.
To this must be added the 147, lobby and exhibition area, which makes a total of 1,021 meters of surface for the new center.
This work was funded by the State Fund for Employment and Local Sustainability has been developed by local developer Urbamusa, which has been responsible for drafting the basic design and implementation.
