Murcia City Council has banned the celebration of New Year's Eve party at local nightclub that occupied the Mundaka, on the road to Santa Catalina, lacking the local license.
The owners of the former disco-Mundaka y Yo Boy Dance-have people in the Planning Department to warn that the club has been closed since March 2010, and that their owners have given up their license and do not allow any change ownership.
So that people who currently manage the premises can not make any New Year's Eve because they lack a license and have not submitted any application for license to open in urban planning.
